Work Trade Program

At Warmland Dance, we welcome trade as a form of payment for classes and programs. This can include a variety of contributions such as:

  • Skilled work trade (e.g., marketing, photography, repairs, admin support)

  • Food and goods (e.g., locally made products, supplies, services)

  • Parent association tasks (e.g., event help, fundraising, coordination)

  • Studio cleaning and maintenance duties

Work trade is a meaningful way to support the studio while making dance more accessible.

Submit Work Trade Hours

Warmland Dance Work Trade Policy All work trade hours and item values must be approved in advance by Warmland Dance. Submissions that are not pre-approved may be refused and will not be credited to your account. All submissions must be made within 14 days of completion to be eligible for credit. Any value submitted in excess of the current amount owing will be held as credit toward future classes or offerings. No cash refunds will be issued for unused credit. Accounts must be paid in full by the 1st of each month to maintain active participation. Work trade is intended to supplement tuition, not replace it entirely, and a monthly cap may apply at Warmland Dance’s discretion. Only tasks and items that have been specifically approved and that directly benefit the studio qualify for work trade credit. Personal projects, unsolicited contributions, or tasks outside agreed responsibilities will not be credited. Participation in the work trade program reflects our shared commitment to respect, responsibility, and community. Warmland Dance reserves the right to suspend trade privileges or deny credit in cases of policy violations or misconduct. We also reserve the right to update or discontinue the work trade program at any time. Thank you for your contributions to the Warmland Dance community!
