Warmland Dance Tuition Policy and Schedule
Studio Fees
These are the fees that cover the cost of your weekly class lessons only. There will be additional events offered throughout the year that are optional, at an additional expense. These include such events as workshops, optional exams, picture day, etc.
Costume Deposits
These are the fees that cover the cost of each student’s costume for the end-of-year showcase performance. The fee due at registration is a deposit only; if your costume package is more or less than the deposit amount, you will be notified and the difference will be refunded or outstanding balance invoiced.
Payment Terms
The studio is open for classes from September until June. Our expenses are fixed and the students are charged for the full nine-month term regardless of individual absences or family holidays. Please note that the dance studio will be closed during the Winter and Spring breaks and on Statutory Holidays, with dates to be announced for the upcoming season. This does not affect the monthly payment.
Payment Policy
The price indicated on the price list for each class is the yearly, prorated cost per month, regardless of number of lessons in the month
If you have more than one (1) child or more than one set of lessons, please combine the payments on one cheque, rather than write separate ones. If needed, inquire by phone or email for clarification of your monthly fees.
- REGISTRATION FEE (non-refundable), COSTUME DEPOSIT, and eight (8) POST-DATED CHEQUES are required with your registration form (Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar & Apr)
- April’s payment is a total of all fees from April 1st through to end of May.
- Cheques must be dated for the FIRST (1st) of each month
- The cheques should be marked clearly on the front with your child’s name. (If your name is not the same as the child for whom the cheques are written, please indicate this on the cheque so the studio is aware of this)
- No refunds will be given after January 15 on costume deposits
- $40.00 Fee is applied on ALL NSF cheques
- There will be a $40.00 fee applied to an account for each month the account is overdue
- WITHDRAWAL POLICY: AS PER YOUR REGISTRATION FORM, YOUR SIGNATURE INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE AGREED TO GIVE THE DANCE STUDIO 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FROM ANY CLASS.
- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN AFTER April 1, 2021.
